During "Community Comment," the Board/Commission will invite residents to share relevant issues
or concerns. Individuals must limit their comments to three minutes. The Chair may limit the
number of speakers on the same issue in the interest of time and topic. Generally speaking, items
that are elsewhere on tonight's agenda may not be addressed during Community Comment.
Individuals should not expect the Chair or Board/Commission Members to respond to their
comments tonight. Instead, the Board/Commission might refer the matter to sta% for
consideration at a future meeting.

Motion by Tracy Nelson to approve meeting agenda. Seconded by Greg
Wright . Motion Carried.
IV.Approval Of Meeting Minutes
A.Approval of August 10, 2020 Draft Meeting Minutes
Motion by Amanda Herr to approve August 10, 2020 Community Health
Commission meeting minutes. Seconded by Tracy Nelson. Motion Carried.

A.Approval of 2021 Work Plan
Work plan will be presented to Council by Chair/Vice-Chair in October.
Commission will assign members to each work plan item at October meeting.
Motion by Andrew Hawkins to approve 2021 Community Health
Commission work plan. Seconded by Philip King-Lowe. Motion Carried.
VII.Chair And Member Comments
Member King-Lowe shared that he is working on a podcast for the adult autistic
community, which may be available in mid-October.

Assignment of members to individual work plan initiatives.
INTRODUCTION:
Chair Selleys and Vice-Chair Hawkins will review the Council Work Session from October 7, 2020 where
Commission work plans were presented to Council.

Instructions:
Each section with a white background should be filled out.
Do not fill out council charge. Scott will complete this section with his proposed charge to the Council.
Liaisons are responsible for completing the budget and staff support columns.
At the end of each quarter give brief description over status of initiatives
List initiatives in order of priority
Initiative Type:
Project – This is a new or continued initiative.
Annual / On-going: – Initiative that is on the work plan every year.
Event - Event or awards coordinated by the commission (not City staff).
Progress Reports:
New Addition: Quarterly Progress Reports! Like department work plan updates, we will also do the same for commission work plans
to keep Council updated on their work progress and allow us to capture data to be used in the future.
MJ will contact Liaisons when quarterly progress reports are due.
