Edina, Minnesota 55424
Dear Mr. Lamb:
Re: Tract B, R.L.S. 111
On August 3, 1978, you asked permission to extend a decorative fenc
from your property (Tract A, R.L.S. 111) onto the above - referenced
property which is owned by the.City of Edina. I have discussed
this with the City Engineer and we do not see any problems with
your proposal. Please note, however, that from time to time it
may be necessary for the City to,enter the subject property for mai
tenance purposes (e.g. Dutch Elm disease). In such an event, the
City will be unable to assume any liability for damage to the fence
which may result from any City activities. Also, please construct
the fence outside of the Meadow Road.right -of -way.
Coincidentillji we have received a new list of tax forfeit lards
from Hennepin County. One of these parcels is located immediatkly
north of your property. The enclosed mzap and legal discription
illustrates this property. If you are iiterested in acquiring this
property, you should call Jim L._Agan,of Hennepin County at 348 -373
for further information.
Sincerely,
Gordon L. Hughes
Planning Director
