with the purposes of the Subdivision and Zoning 'Regulations to contai

NOW, THENWORZ,, it is hereby resolved by the Village Council of the V
Of Edina that the conveyance and ownership of said Parcels as separat
tracts of saner ' i.s hereby approved and the requirement# and provisions
Ordinance No. 261 and Ordinances No. 263 *A are hereby waived to allow
division and conveyance thereof as separate tracts of land bat are no
waiver{ for any other purpose: or as to any ,ether provision thereof, an
subject, however, to the prgvision that no further subdivision be mad
said Parcels unless made in compliance with the pertinent ordinances
the Village of Edina or with the prior approval of this Council as no
