Re: Ralph G. Peterson —
Normanddle Court
We represent Ralph G. Peterson who platted Normandale Court
several years ago. He proposes to sell Lot 6, Block 1, of aid
Addition, but an objection has been raised as to the title
which seems to be well founded.
On April 1, 1953, Dr. Peterson gave an easement to the Vill ge
which was filed on October 20, 1953 as Document No. 406763
in the office of the Registrar of Titles. This easement re ds
in part as follows:
"Over that part of Lot Six lying northwesterly of a
line running from a point in the northern line of said
Lot Six distant 111 feet west of the northeast corner
thereof to a point in the westerly line of said lot
distant 55 feet northwesterly of the southwest corner
thereof."
The purpose of the easement was to provide a temporary turn around
until 57th Street was widened to a distance of 50 feet. We are
advised that 57th Street has now been widened to such eaten , and
it appears that the easement can be released by the Village at this
time.
If the foregoing facts are correct, we trust that you will e willing
to cause the enclosed Quit Claim Deed to be executed and re urned
to the writer as soon as possible. A copy of the Deed is f r your
file.
