The issuance of this Certificate of Completion by the City does not affect, modify, or terminate the additional and continuing duties, covenants, and obligations of Developer, or its successors and assigns, as stated in the Agreement. The Hennepin County Registrar of Titles is hereby authorized to accept for recording the filing of this instrument, to be a conclusive determination of the satisfaction and termination of the covenants and conditions of the Agreement described above.
