EASEMENT FOR STORM SEWER
THIS INSTRUMENT, made this 9th day of August, 1971, by and be
G. B. P. COMPANY, a partnership under the laws of the State of Minnesota,lparty
of the first part, and the Village of Edina, a municipal corporation organized
under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in
consideration of One and No /100 (1.00) Dollars, to it in hand paid
by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to
said party of the second part an Easement in perpetuity for storm
sewer purposes, including the right to enter for the purpose Of
constructing, maintaining, altering, repairing, and recons
a storm sewer system in, under, and over the following descr
property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Mi

A ten foot wide strip of land, the centerline of which
is described as follows:
Beginning at a point -in the North line of Lot 4, Block 2,
Braemar Hills Fifth Addition, which point is 56 feet E st
of the Northwest corner of said Lot 4; thence Southwes erly,
on a line which if extended will intersect the Southwe t
corner of said Lot 4, a distance of 30 feet and there
terminating.
This instrument is exempt from the State Deed Tax.
It is the intention and agreement of the Parties

that the party of the second part shall in the construction, or
maintenance of said storm sewer replace any shrubs or sod removed
by any excavation in connection with such construction or mointen-
ance work, in as nearly as possible the same condition as before
