EASEMENT

Edina, Minnesota of the County of Hennepin .
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first-part, and the Village of
Edina., a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of
Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in consid-
eration of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00), to then in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
do Grant, Bargain,; Sell, Convey and Warrant to said party of the second
part an _Easement in perpetuity for all utility and drainage purposes
including, but not being limited to, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water
pipes, including the sight to enter for the-purpose of constructing,
maintaining, altering, repairing and reconstructing said utility and
drainage systems in and over the following described property situate
in :.he Coux.ty of pe. epin and State of .Minnesota, to -wit:
A 20 foot wide strip of land, the centerline of which is
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West line of Lot 11, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 325, which point is 365 feet South of the
Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Harold Iloods; thence
Easterly, at right angles to said West lime, a distance of
150 feet, thence Northeasterly to a point on the centerline
of Harold Woods Lane, which point is the.-point of intersection
with a line running from the Southwest corner of Lot ,2, Bloch 1,
Harold Woods Second Addition to the Northwest corner of Lot 1,
Block 1, Harold Vroods Third Addition.
Also the west 7 1/2 feet of the South 305 feet of the North
630 feet of that part of said Lot 11, Auditor's Subdivision
No. 325 lying South of Harold hoods
Also temporary construction easements, 10 feet in width, lying
on all sides of and abutting the above described permanent
easements within said Lot 11. Said temporary easements shall
terminate on June 30, 1973.
This instrument is exempt from the State Deed Tax
It is the intention and agreement of the Parties hereto that
the party of the second part shall in the construction, or maintenance
of said utility and drainage systems replace any shrubs or sod removed
by any excavation in connection with such construction or maintenance
work, in as nearly as possible the same condition as before such excavation.
This instrument is exempt from the State Deed Tax
