Home My WebLink About1663• - 3965044 EASEMENT FOR TRANSFORMER PAD PURPOSES THIS INSTRUMENT, made and entered into this 28th day of 3r , 1972, by and between Minneapolis, Northfield and Southern Railway, a South Dakota corporation, hereinafter referred to as "MN & S," and Village of Edina, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as "Edina." WHEREAS MN & S desires to grant a perpetual easement to Edina, and Edina desires to accept such easement, subject to the terms and provisions hereof. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the terms and provisions hereof, the parties hereto agree as follows: 1.
