EASEMENT FOR STORM SEWER
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 17th day of 19 72
by and between Nsrrisan R. Irarjoy mW Flag,# R. Farley,
husband aa4 wife , of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village
of Edina, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the

State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, in
consideration of One and No /100 (1.00) Dollars, to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, do Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant
to said party of the second part an Easement in perpetuity for
storm sewer purposes, including the right to enter for the purpose
of constructing, maintaining, altering, repairing and reconstruct-
ing a storm sewer system in, under, and over the following describ-
ed property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of

It is the intention and agreement of the Parties hereto
that the party of the second part shall in the construction, or
maintenance of said storm sewer replace any shrubs or sod removed
by any excavation in connection with such construction or mainten-
ance work, in as nearly as possible the same condition as before

Chapel Mill and Lot S, blodk 1, Dublin Kill, the conterline of
which is described as followse
beginning at a point on the South line of said Outlot No. 1,
distant 43.9 feet ihst of the Southeast corner of said Outlot
No. Is thence Northeasterly at an angle of 57018 • turned from
said Southeast corar a distance of 128.4 feett thence Masterly,
at a defiaction of SV060 to the right, a distance of 111 feet
and there terminating..
Also temporary construction easements being 10 fat in width and
lying Northerly of and adjacent to the first described *&moment
and being 10 fat in width and lying on either side of and adja-
cent to the second described casement. Said temporary ccmwtruc-
tion easements shall terminate on beember 31, 1972. s
