KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Elizabeth A. Brennan, single, fee owner of the following
described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 7, "Indian Hills" except that part of said Lot 5 described as follows: Beginning
at the most southerly corner of Lot 1 said Block 7; thence northeasterly along the
southeasterly line of said Lot 1 to the most easterly corner thereof; thence southerly along
the easterly line of said Lot 5 a distance of 25 feet; thence southwesterly on a straight line
to a point 25 feet distant southeasterly measured on an extension southeasterly of the
southwesterly line of said Lot 1 from the most southerly corner of said Lot 1; thence
southwesterly on a straight line to a point in the southwesterly line of said Lot 5 distant 25
feet southeasterly from the most westerly corner of said Lot 5; thence northwesterly along the
southwesterly line of said Lot 5 to the most westerly corner thereof; thence northeasterly
along the southeasterly line of Lot 4 in said Block 7 to the point of beginning;
Excepting also, all that part of said Lot 5 lying southeasterly of lines "A" and "B" as said
lines are hereinafter defined. Line "A" is a line parallel with and distant 10 feet
northwesterly, measured at right angles fromthe southwesterly 154.4 feet of the southeasterly
boundary of said Lot 5 which said Line "A" is extended southwesterly to an intersection with
the southwesterly boundary line of said Lot 5 and is extended northeasterly to an intersection

at right angles, from the northeasterly 182.0 feet of the southeasterly boundary line of said
Lot 5 which said Line "B" is extended northeasterly to an intersection with the easterly
boundary of said Lot 5 and is extended southwesterly to an intersection with Line "A".

Commencing at the southeasterly corner of said Lot 5; thence northerly along the easterly line
of said Lot 5 a distance of 26.8 feet to the actual point of beginning of the line to be
described; thence westerly deflecting to the left at an angle of 115 degrees 15 minutes 30
seconds a distance of 225 feet; thence southwesterly to a point in the southwesterly line of
said Lot 5 distant 11.95 feet northwesterly measured along said southwesterly line from the
southwesterly corner of said Lot 5.
Has caused the same to be surveyed and platted as BRENNAN ADDITION and does hereby donate and
dedicate to the public for public use forever the easements for utility and drainage purposes as
shown on the plat.
