KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Grantors FRANKLIN
TENNIS KRESSE and ESTHER ANN E. KRESSE, husband and wife, residing in
the County of Hennepin., and State of Minnesota, for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration
the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, do hereby
Convey and Warrant to the Village of Edina, a municipal corporation under
the laws of the State of Minnesota, as Grantee, a perpetual easement in,
