Agree that no trees shall be planted on any of the Common Areas without the prior written consent of Edina, the purpose of this covenant being f to prevent location of trees so as to hamper, hinder or increase the costs of construction and maintenance of utilities and drainage systems located in, under or upon the Common Areas. 4. That the provisions of this Easement shall be deemed covenants running frith the.land and shall bind all present and future owners and encrum- brancers of the Common Areas, and inure to the benefit of Edina and its successors and assigns.
