EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC NfALICI'k?AY PURPOSES
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 19th day of September , 19 73 ,
by and between Howard M. Kapsen and Dorothy M. Kapsen,
husband and wife , of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the village
of Edina, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the
State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
wITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in
consideration of One and No/100 Dollars ($1000), to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, do Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant
to said party of the second part an Easement in perpetuity for
public walkway purposes, in, under, and over the following de-
scribed property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of
Minnesota, to -wit:
That part of Lot. 2. Block to S ttwr ' s Delaney Addition - belay
Replat lying Northeasterly of a line running frda a point on
