Wilson and Louis Gross. i` s Also attached hereto is a copy of a proposed deed between Russell R. Wilson and Louis Gross conveying a part of Lot 6 to Mr. Gross. The original of this latter deed has been sent to Mr. Bert Gross. The deeds from the Village to 'Nilson and Louis Gross may be executed by the Village at any time. I would suggest that no action be taken on the Wilson deed until such time as the Wil- son - Gross conveyence takes place. The bill from Cardarelle in the amount of $125 for the pre- paration of the registered land survey is also attached. You will remember that the agreement between the Village and the other parties specifically stated that they were to pay for the cost of the survey. There will be also a fee for each of the two deeds which the Village will execute. I assume that we are to pay that fee. Dear Mr. Gross., We enclose herewith the Original and two copies of a form of Quit Claim Deed from the wilsons to Louis Gross and Beatrice Gross, husband and wife, conveying the part of Lot 6, Prospect Hills lying westerly of a gertain straight line. The description contained in the deed h6a been approved by the office of the Registrar of Titles for Hennepin County. I am sure that as between you, Mr. Wilson and Midway National Bank of St. Paul, the mortgagee of Lot 6, Prospect Hills, a suitable arrange- ment can be worked out as to the release of the parcel described in the enclosed deed. Perhaps the bank would also require from the Wilsons an additional new mortgage to Tract C, Registered Land Survey No. which they will be getting from the village. I imagine that will depend upon the amount of the loan still due and outstanding. I am also enclosing herewith a copy of the proposed deed from the Village of Viina; to Louis Gross and Beatrice Gross covering Tract B of Registered Land Survey No. which parcel is in the Southwest corner of Lot 5, Prospect Hills.
