1. Fully executed duplicate original of Stipulation for Dismissal
in the tax petition filed by Allied Realty Company for taxes payable in 1975,
District Court File No. 715228. Please note this was filed in Hennepin County
District Court on October 17, 1975.
2. Fully executed duplicate original of Stipulation for Dismissal
in the tax petition filed by Allied Realty Company for taxes payable in 1974,
District Court File No. 703538. Please note this was filed in Hennepin County
District Court on October 17, 1975.
3. Photocopy of the warranty deed from Allied Realty Company to
the City of Edina. This has the recording data thereon from the office of
the Registrar of Titles, indicating that it was filed in that office on
October 15, 1975 as Document No. 1155661.
You should now proceed to obtain exemption of this property from
real estate taxes payable in 1976.
We will send to you the Owner's Duplicate Certificate of Title once
it has been prepared by the Registrar's office.
