Dear Mr. Crouch: This letter is written in response to your letter of January 13, 1983, in which you requested execution of a quit claim deed by the City of Edina for the above referenced property. At its Regular Meeting of February 7, 1983, the Edina City Council authorized execution of the quit claim deed. I am therefore enclosing two signed copies of the deed.
