Enclosed is a draft of quit claim deed running from
Village of Edina to Lund Kruse, Inc. covering a strip of land
ten feet in width and 280 feet long on the west side of Halifax
Avenue along the new First Edina State Bank site. This property
was previously conveyed to the Village by a deed which has docu-
ment No. 23811717 and which was filed July 30, 19116 and dated
March 20, 1946, running from Russell T. Lund and Rhoda S. Lund,
husband and wife, and George C. Kruse and Florence Kruse, husband
and wife, to Village of Edina. If it is at all possible, we would
appreciate having this deed executed and returned to this office
on December 31 or at the very latest Saturday morning, January 2.
If this deed cannot be returned by that time, it will have to be
recorded next year and we may be delayed in recording it then
because of the fact that taxes once more become due and payable
on this property.

THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 25th day of
August ,
19 75 by and between Howard F. Kleinman and Eloise J. Kleinman,
husband and wife, and Robert J. Kleinman and Margaret R. Kleinman,
husband and wife, of the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
parties of the first part, and the City of Edina, a municipal corporation
organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second
part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in
consideration of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, do Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said
party of the second part an Easement in perpetuity for public walkway
purposes, in, under, and over the following described property situate
in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wit:
