line of said parcel being marked by Judicial Landmarks set pursuant to Torrens Case No. 16224, according to the recorded plat thereof.

following rights or encumbrances subsisting, as provided in the twenty- fourth section of "An act concerning the registration of land
and the title thereto" of the General laws of the State of Minnesota for the year 1905, and the amendments thereof, namely:
1. Liens, claims or rights arising under the laws or the constitution of the United States, which the statutes of this state cannot require to appear of record.
2. Any tax or special assessment for which a sale of the land has not been had at the date of the certificate of title.
3. Any lease for a period not exceeding three years, when there is actual occupation of the premises under the lease.
4. All rights in public highways upon the land.
5. Such right of appeal or right to appear and contest the application as is allowed by law.
6. The rights of any person in possession under deed or contract for deed from the owner of the certificate of title.

REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, Made this4�T day of October, 1975, between H. TED
LUND, JR., as Guardian of the Estates of Kimberly Ann Lund, Russell T. Lund
III, Shauna Lynn Lund and Robert T. Lund, minor wards, and as Administrator of
the Estate of Christiana Lund, deceased, party of the first part,, and HOUSING
AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, a body politic and corporate
under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That whereas the Probate Court of Hennepin County,
Minnesota, in the matter of the Guardianship of Kimberly Ann Lund, Russell
T. Lund III, Shauna Lynn Lund and Robert T. Lund, minor wards, and in the
matter of the Estate of Christiana Lund, did on the 19th day of September,
1975, enter its separate orders pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Annotated,
Section 525.67, authorizing and empowering the party of the first part, as
such Guardian and Administrator to make private sale of the real estate
hereinafter described, and directing the said party of the first part to
convey said real estate to the party of the second part.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said party of the first part, by virtue of said
orders, and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good
and valuable consideration, to.him in hand paid by said party of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby Grant, Bargain,
Sell and Convey, unto the said party of the second part, its successors and
assigns, forever, all the tract or parcel of land lying and being in the
County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, described as follows, to -wit:
That part of the North Half of Lot 35, Auditor's Subdivision
Number 172, lying South of Allata's First Addition, the West
line of said parcel being marked by Judicial Landmarks set
pursuant to Torrens Case No. 16224, according to the recorded
plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject to a public
road easement over the South 25 feet thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, Together with all the hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, to the said
party of the second part, its successors and assigns, forever.
