Leffler and Karon Leffler, Husband and wife of the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the City.of Edina, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part; WITNESSETF., That the said parties of the first part, in consideration of One and Ho /100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do GraL.t,Baraain, Sell, Convey and TATarrant to said party of the second part an Easement in perpetuity for sanitary sewer purposes, including the right to enter for the purpose of con- structing, maintaining, altering, repairing and reconstructing a sanitary sewer system in and over the following described property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wit: That part of Lot 13, York Hills Addition described as follows: A strip of land 10' in width, the center line of which is described as commencing at a point on the South line of Lot 11, York Hills, said point being 103:.06' East of the Southwest corner of said Lot 11; Thence Northerly to a point on the South line of Lot 12, York Hills Addition, a distance of 103.2 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Lot 12; thence deflecting to the left 5 040' to the North line of said Lot 12, which is the point of beginning; thence Northwesterly along the last described line a distance of 20' and there terminating. Together with a 10' temporary construction easement on all sides of said permanent easement.
