Thomas, Jr. and Virginia S. Thomas, husband and wife, have given an Easement for Utilities dated September 24, 1976, to the City of Edina, a Minnesota municipal corporation, (hereinafter called "Edina "), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof, covering property in Hennepin County, Minnesota. The registered owner of the portion of the, property described on Exhibit A that is registered is David E. Thomas, Jr., as evidenced by Certi- ficate of Title No. 442947. Edina has been unable to obtain the owner's Duplicate Certificate of Title from said registered owner. Said Easement for Utilities given to Edina grants to Edina an interest in the property described on Exhibit A adverse to said registered owner. The address of Edina is 4801 West 50th Street, Edina, Minnesota, 55424 and any notice.or notices to be served upon it under this Notice of Adverse Claim may be served upon it at such address.
