ADOPTING THE BUDGET AND ESTABLISHING THE TAX LEVY PAYABLE |N2OI0
WHEREAS, The Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority (the "HRA") has authorities and powers
according toMNStatutes, Sections 469.00|to469.O47.MIN Statutes, Section 469.O33.uubd.6grants
the HRA the power to levy and collect taxes subject to n resolution ofconsent from the Edina City
Council for uset period,
WHEREAS, The Edina City Council passed Resolution 2019-55 consenting to an HRA tax levy payable in
2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BEIT RESOLVED by the Board as follows:
Section 1. The Budget as shown on Attachment A for the Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority
for the calendar year 20Z0 is hereby adopted and funds are herebvap r priuted'
Section 2: That there will be levied upon all taxable real and personl operty in the City of Edina, a tax
rate sufficient to produce the amount as follows:
HRA GENERAL FUND $192,000
