side of the center line of Trunk Highway No. 52, said center line being described as

Beginning at a point on the east boundary of the southwest quarter of the southwest
quarter of said section 8, distant 14.5 feet north of the southeast corner thereof; thence
run in a westerly direction at an angle of B8 °27' with said east boundary for a distance
of 395.9 feet; thence deflect to the left on a 61001 curve, with a delta angle of 27'171
for a distance of 454.7 feet; thence on tangent to said curve for a distance of 432.9
feet; thence deflect to the right on a 3 °00' curve, with a radius of 1910.1 feet for a
distance of 150 feet, and there terminating; thence beginning again at a point on the

The undersigned commissioners appointed by this court in the above entitled matter by
th:) order of the court dated November 4, 1926, do hereby report as follows.
I.
That vie net at the time and place appointed by the court therefor, to wit: In the
office of the clerk of district court in the court house in Iiinneapolis, Minnesota, at Lo
11olook A.M., on the 17th day of November, 1926, and severally took the oath prescribed by law.
II.
That having been duly requested by your petitioner, the State of Minnesota, to pro-
ceed to perform our duties as such commissioners in respect to the lands mentioned and des-
cribed in the said order of the court, did then and there hear the allegations and proofs
of all persons interested, adjudging the matters to us committed and all testimony taken by
us eras given publicly under oath and in our presence. After giving oral notice to the
persons present we then adjourned to meet immediately thereafter upon the premises described
in said order. t''e then and there heard the allegations and petitions of all persons in-
terested, adjudging the matters committed to us and such testimorK,T was given publicly under
oath and in our presence. lVe also vie:-red the premises described in said order.
