constructing, maintaining, altering, repairing and reconstructing said utility
and drainage systems in and over the following described property situate in the
County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wit:
The West five feet (5') of Lot 1, Block 6, Fairfax, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Also a temporary construction easement, eight feet (8') in width, lying Easterly
of and abutting the above described permanent easement. Said temporary easement
shall terminate on October 1, 1979.
