part has applied to the Commissioner of Revenue for the conveyance of lands hereinafter described to be

Plat 73605, Parcel 1125 (05- 116 -21 -24 -0001) - That part of the East 1/2 of the
Northwest 1/4 lying North of Creek Valley Addition and South of Highway,
Sec. 5, T. 116, R. 21,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all the hereditaments and appurtenances there-
unto belonging or in anywise appertaining, to the said party of the second part so long as it shall con-
tinue to use said land for the purpose aforesaid, and upon condition that if such use shall cease said
land shall revert to the party of the first part as provided by law. No deed tax will be payable on this
conveyance.

WHEREAS, the real property hereinafter described, by reason of nonpayment of taxes and due
operation of law, became forfeited to the State of Minnesota; and t
WHEREAS, under and by virtue of Minnesota Statutes, Sections 282.241 to 282.324 inclusive,
said real property has been repurchased; and
WHEREAS, the repurchase price of said real property has heretofore been paid in full, and said
part-4C, of the second part—is— entitled to an appropriate conveyance of said real estate from the said
state as provided by law;
NOR!, THEREFORE, The State of Minnesota, under and by virtue of Minnesota Statutes,
Sections 282.241 to 282.324 inclusive, and in consideration of the premises, does hereby Grant,
