A 14 foot utility easement across that portion of Lots 6 and 7, Block 7, BRAEMAR HILLS 9TH ADDITION, the center line of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Northwesterly line of said Lot 7, distant 1.50 feet Northerly, as measured along said Northwesterly line, from the most Westerly corner of said Lot 7; thence Southeasterly to a point in the Southeasterly line of said Lot 7 distant 46..67 feet Southwesterly, as measured along said Southeasterly line, from the Southeast corner of said Lot 7. 2.
