and a radius point tying 3 feet South of the South line of the North 112 of
Section 32, Township 117, Range 21 and 50 feet West of the West tine of the
Minneapolis, Northfield and Southern Railway right -of --way as measured parallel
with said South line of the North 112 Section 32.
Also the South 27 feet of the East 170.66 feet of the South 16 rods of Lot 5,
said Garden Park.
