3. Conditions to the granting of said variance:
1. That the siguage be removed from the Westgate Theatre and that other
sigvage be brought into conformance With the ordinance.
2. The proponent meet with the Planning Staff and develop plans to modify
the parking and circulation in the triangular area in front of the
present laundry.
3. That the parking variance is granted only for the present laundry and
cleaner's use "d to this particular owner and should the building be
sold in the future resulting in a transfer of crraeiship to someone other
than Vest D. Stotts or David H. Stotta, the variance hazy granted
would cease.
