Enclosed are two Deeds of Appurtenant Easement requested by the.City
in conjunction with our request to move the ugly green Cable TV box
to a more desirable location.
As you are probably aware, the contractor moved the box last week.

for the sole purpose of installing, laying, maintaining and removing
a cable television line and installing, removing and maintaining a
cable television terminal box. Access to the property subject to this
easement shall be 24 hours a day. Grantee is entitled to replace,
maintain, remove or install the cable television lines at any time
providing the property and the lawn is returned to its original
condition. Grantee shall indemnify Grantors against any loss and
damage which Grantee shall cause.
