EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE, FLOWAGE
AND STORAGE OF SURFACE WATERS
K�NOIW'� ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Grantors
residing in'the County of Hennepin, and State of Minnesota, for and in consider-
ation of the sum of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, do
hereby Convey and Warrant to the City of Edina, a municipal corporation under
the laws of the State of Minnesota, as Grantee, a perpetual easement in, over,
under and upon the following described property, to wit: That part of Lot 18,
Block 1, Edina Interchange Center Third Addition described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 19, said Block 1, Edina Interchange
Center Third Addition; thence northwesterZy, along the west lines of said Lots 19
and 18, on a curve concave to the west, tangent to the west line of Lot 20, said
Block 1, having a radius of 386.93 feet, a central angle of 35 degrees 01 minutes
11 seconds, a chord of 232.83 feet, a chord bearing of north 17 degrees 02 minutes
04 seconds west, a distance of 236.49 feet; thence north 48 degrees 54 minutes
51 seconds east, a distance of 383.84 feet to the point of beginning; thence con-
tinuing north 48 degrees 54 minutes 51 seconds east, a distance of 20.00 feet;

thence north 42 degrees 23 minutes 42 seconds west, a distance of 90.00 feet ;
thence south 23 degrees 57 minutes 14 seconds east, a distance of 63.25 feet;
thence south 42 degrees 25 minutes 16 seconds east, a. distance of 29.54 feet
to the point of beginning.
Area = 1,196 square feet
for the purpose of drainage, flowage, and storage of surface waters.
The Grantors, for themselves, their heirs, executors, successors and
assigns do hereby covenant and agree that they will permit the above described
property to remain as a part of a pond for the drainage and storage of surface
waters and that they will not fill the same nor will they in any manner attempt
to change the grade level of the same nor interfere with the natural drainage,
flowage and storage of surface water on the above described property.

The Grantors further agree for themsevles, their heirs,
successors, and assigns that the City of Edina will have no duty to maintain
or service the above described property nor shall they be liable in any manner
or to any party in connection with the maintenance of the above described
property as part of a pond for the drainage and storage of excess surface grater.
