38.09 feet to a point of curve to the right, which curve has a radius of 40.00
feet; thence along said curve to the right to the South Subdivision Line of
Oak Ponds of InterZachen; thence bearing North 890 40' 43" West along the
South Subdivision Line of Oak Ponds of InterZachen to the point of beginning.

organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the
second part;
