This Agreement, made and entered into this � day of 19703
by and between Willys Holmquist and the Village of 8dina, Rennepin County,
Minnesota, (hereinafter called "Owner ") and Village of Bdina. a Minnesota
Municipal Corporations (hereinafter walled "Edina ");
Vitnesseth, That*
WHERELS Owner is the owner of that certain property in the Village of Edina with
the street address of 7145 Valley View pond, Edina, legally described as follower
That part of the Northwest acne -- quarter of the Northwest one - quarter
lying S:ast of 'Hew County 'goad Flo. 13 and South of County Road No. 39.
The agreement shall only pertain to that part of the described property to be
Lot 3, Block 1, Iroquois Hills Fifth Addition (7145 Valley View Road) (hereinafter
called "Subject Property"); and
WHEREAS Owners desire to connect to the municipal water supply and municipal
sanitary sewer system presently located on Valley View Road in the Village of Edina,
and Edina is willing to allow such connection, on the terms and conditions
hereinafter stated;
NOW, THEREPORE, for and in consideration of one Dollar ($1.00) and other good and
valuable considerations, and of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contaitod,
Owner and Edina do hereby agree as followst
1. Owner hereby agrees to pay to Edina the sum of $1,114.92 for the water
connection and $750.O0 for the sewer connection, payable $500.00 down payment,
and balance on or before April. 1, 1971. If the unpaid balance is not paid before
April 19 1971, the unpaid balance shall be assessed against the Subject Property
during 1971 and collected with taxes during 1972, The Owner does hereby waive
all rights of any notice regarding these assessments.

2, Edina agrees that Omer, upon execution hereofs may connect to said water sud
sanitary surer system in Valley View Roach, subject, however, to the applicable
regulations and ordinances of Edina.
3. The provisions hereof shall be deemed covenants running with the land and shall
be binding, upon all present and future owners and encumbrances of the Subject
Property.
This instrument is exempt from State Deed Tax.
