THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 27tlday of September , 1967, by
and between_ Newton E. Griffith and Dorothy A. Griffith,
husi+and_And _wi fF, _ of the County of Hennepin
and State of Xinneaota, partiea of the first part, and the Vi11agR of
Edina, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of
Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in con3id-
station of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
do Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey and Warrant to said party cf the second
part an Easement in perpetuity for all utility and drainage purposes
including, but not being limited to, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water
pipes, including the right to enter for the purpose of constructing,
maintaining, altering, repairing and reconstructing said utility and
drainage systems in and over the following described property situate
in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wit:
A strip of land, seven and one -half feet(7�1) in width,
RRf�� dying Westerly of and abutting that portion of the East
P `o,•,/ line of Lot 11, Prospect Hills which runs from the
Southeast corner of said Lot 11 to the South line of
1i the cul -de -sac at the South end of Wexford Road.
Also a temporary construction easement, ten feet (101)
Chi in width, lying Westerly of and abutting the above
described permanent easement. Said temporary easement
2 5 shall terminate on December 31, 1967.
This instrument is exempt from the Stato Dced Tax.
It is the intention and agreement of the Parties hereto that
the party of the second part shall in the construction, or maintenance
of said utility and drainage systeew replace any shrubs or sod removed
by any axe av tion in connection with such construction or ma enance
work, in ae nearly as ouible on n Ae. pefure such excavation

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Dorothy A. Griffith, a widow, unmarried, fee owner of
the following described property situated in the State of Minnesota, and the County of
Hennepin, to wit:
Outlot C, BRAEMAR HILLS FOURTH ADDITION
Lot 11, PROSPECT HILLS, according to the plat thereof 6n file or of record in the office
of the Register of Deeds in and for said Hennepin County
Has caused the same to be surveyed and platted as GRIFFITH ADDITION, and do hereby donate and
dedicate to the public for public use forever the road and utility easements as shown on the
plat.
In witness whereof Dorothy A. Griffith, a widow, unmarried, has hereunto set her hand and
