WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in
consideration of One and No/100 Dollars ($1.00), to it in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and warrant
to said party of the second part an Easement in perpetuity for
wall purposes, in, under and over the following described
property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of
Minnesota, to wit:
A Permanent Wall Easement for Ebenezer Society 1st Addition, a
recorded plat located in Hennepin County, Minnesota described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Ebenezer
Society 1st Addition; thence North on an assumed bearing of North
0 degrees 19 minutes 43 seconds West along the West line of said
Lot 1 318.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 89
degrees 40 minutes 17 seconds East 15.00 feet; thence North 0
degrees 19 minutes 43 seconds West parallel with the West line of
said Lot 1, 164.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 40 minutes 17
seconds West 15.00 feet to the West line of said Lot 1; thence
South along the West line of said Lot 1 164.00 feet to the point
of beginning and there terminating.

condition as before such excavation.
