Non- Exclusive Easement for Driveway Access to Park over Office Building Lot
Is identical to Easement to Parking Facility from Road southerly of Office
Building as described and delineated in EXHIBIT 1).
An exclusive easement for access purposes over and across that part of Lot
3, Block 1, Edinborough Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof
Hennepin County, Minnesota described as follows: ,
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 3; thence North 13
