under Pam Lot Sertving the Condominium)
An easement for utility purposes over, under and across Lot 4, Block 1,
Edinborough Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
Said easement consists of two parcels of land, which parcels are described
as follows:
Description of Easement Parcel 1
Said Easement Parcel 1 is a strip of land 15.00 feet wide, the centerline
of said strip is described as follows:
Commencing at the most easterly corner of said Lot 4; thence on an
assumed bearing of North 44 degrees 52 minutes 23 seconds West 158.19
feet along the northeasterly line of said Lot 4 to the northerly line
of said Lot 4; thence North 89 degrees 52 minutes 23 seconds West 46.90
feet along said northerly line to the point of beginning of the cen-
terline to be described; thence South 44 degrees 52 minutes 23 seconds
East 185.85 feet and said centerline there terminating.
The sidelines of said Easement Parcel 1 are to be prolonged or shortened to
begin on said northerly line of Lot 4.
Description of Easement Parcel 2
Said Easement Parcel 2 is a strip of land 10.00 feet wide, the centerline
of said strip is described as follows:
Commencing at the most easterly corner of said Lot 4; thence on an
assumed bearing of North 44 degrees 52 minutes 23 seconds West 158.19
feet along the northeasterly line of said Lot 4 to the northerly line
of said Lot 4; thence North 89 degrees 52- minutes 23 seconds West 70.37
feet along said northerly line to the point of beginning of the cen-
terline to be described; thence South 00 degrees 54 minutes 32 seconds
East 107.14 feet and said centerline there terminating.
The sidelines of said Easement Parcel 2 are to be prolonged or shortened to
begin on said northerly line of Lot 4.
