THIS INSTRUMENT, made this 17th day of September, 1999, by and between
Janice S. Hammer, a widow and not remarried, of the County of Hennepin and State of
Minnesota, party of the first part, and the City of Edina, a municipal corporation organized under
the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, in consideration of One and
no /100 dollars ($1.00), to her in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and warrant to said party of
the second part an easement in perpetuity for storm sewer purposes, including the right to enter
for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, altering, repairing and reconstructing a storm sewer
system in and over the following described property situate in the County of Hennepin and State
of Minnesota, to -wit:
A 10 foot easement for storm sewer purposes across Lot 2, Block 5, Golf Terrace Heights. The
centerline of said easement is described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence on an assumed bearing of South
89 °46'39" West along the North line of said lot a distance of 5.00 feet to the beginning of said

centerline; thence South 6 °32'47" East a distance of 68.94 feet, more or less to the East line of
said Lot 2 and said centerline there terminating.
The side lines of said easement are to be prolonged or shortened to terminate on the boundary
lines of said Lot 2.
It is the intention and agreement of the parties hereto that the party of the second
part shall in the construction, or maintenance of said storm sewer replace any shrubs or sod
removed by any excavation in connection with such construction or maintenance work, in as
nearly as possible the same condition as before such excavation.
This corrective easement is given to correct the grantors who were incorrectly set out in
Document No. 6372553 dated October 28, 1994, and recorded December 7, 1994, in the office of
the Hennepin County Recorder.

TEMPORARY EASEMENT FOR STORM SEWER
THIS INSTRUMENT, made this � day of ,1994, by and between
Julie A Wales A Single Person and Courtney R Hammer and Janice S Hammer Husband and Wife, of
the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the City of Edina, a municipal
corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, in consideration of one and no /100 dollars
($1.00), to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and warrant to said party of the second part an easement in
perpetuity for storm sewer purposes, including the right to enter for the purpose of constructing,
maintaining, altering, repairing and reconstructing a storm sewer system in and over the following described
property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wit:
A 15 foot temporary easement for construction purposes across Lot 3, Block 5, Golf Terrace Heights. The
centerline of said easement is described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 3; thence on an assumed bearing of North 79° 43' 13"
East along the South line of said lot a distance of 5.00 feet to the beginning of said centerline; thence North
60 32'47" West a distance of 68.34 feet, more or less to the West line of said Lot 3 and said centerline there
terminating.
The side lines of said easement are to be prolonged or shortened to terminate on the boundary lines of said
Lot 3.
Said temporary easement shall cease and terminate on the 30 day of
