As part of the development plan for Arrowhead Pointe, a development located in the City of
Edina, an Outlot was to be created for the purpose of storm water ponding. That Outlot was to be
conveyed to the City of Edina.
I now enclose for your records a copy of the Quit Claim Deed conveying Outlot D,
Arrowhead Pointe, from Arrowhead Lake Development, LLC, to the City of Edina. I also enclose
a recorded copy of the Partial Release of Mortgage by U.S. Bank National Association, the
Mortgagee for the property.
