I, JOHN E. BLOOMBERG, of the County of Gregg, State of Texas, do
constitute and appoint CALLIE MAE BLOOMBERG, of Longview, Gregg County,
Texas, my lawful attorney in my nanme, place, and stead to ask, demand,
recover, and receive all and any sum or sums of money, debts, dues,
property or effects, due, payable, or belonging to me from any person or
persons whatever and to execute all necessary receipts, releases, and
discharges therefor. I give and grant to this attorney full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatever
requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises as fully to
all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present.
I further authorize and empower my attorney to bring suit if necessary
and presecute to final judgment or to compromise and settle any and all
claims with or without suit in any way or manner that she might deem
best or advisable. I further authorize and empower my attorney to
grant, bargain, sell, and convey my real property or any part thereof
(both surface and minerals), wherever located, for such price and on
such terms and conditions as shall be deemed proper, with or without the
taking back of a purchase money mortgage or deed of trust, and to

In addition to the above powers, I further authorize my attorney to

my name any documents necessary to transfer title to this personal

take any security interest for any unpaid balance which my attorney in
fact in her discretion may deem necessary and proper.
This power of attorney shall not terminate on disability of the
principal. No attorney in fact shall be obligated to furnish bond or
other security. My attorney in fact, and any successors, shall be
entitled to reasonable compensation for services rendered and reasonable
reimbursenment for expenses incurred.

powers in this agreement does not limit or restrict, and it is not to be
construed or interpreted as limiting or restricting, the general power
in this agreement granted to my attorney in fact.
I do specially authorize my attorney, CALLIE MAE BLOOMBERG, to
appoint an attorney by substitution and hereby ratify and confirm all
such lawful acts that my attorney, CALLIE MAE BLOOMBERG, or substitute
may do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
This general power of attorney revokes any previous powers of
attorney granted by me. This power of attorney may be voluntarily
revoked only by my written revocation entered in the recordss of the
County Clerk of Gregg County, Texas.
This power of attorney shall not terminate because of disability of
the principal.
