EASEMENT FOR STORM SEWER
THIS INSTRUMENT, made this day of , 1996, by and
between William J. Riley and Alvina M. Janda, husband and wife, of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the City of Edina, a municipal corporation
organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first Part, in consideration of One and No /1 00
Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, do grant, bargain, sell, convey, and warrant to said party of the
second part an Easement in perpetuity for storm sewer purposes, including the right to enter
for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, altering, repairing and reconstructing a storm
sewer in, under, and over the following described property situate in the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, to wit:
An Easement for Storm Sewer purposes across Lot 1, Block 1, Walling's Addition First
Replat
Said easement is described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot; thence Easterly along the North line of
sa ga ot, ?lr` ^g a nortargential curve, concave to the South, having a radius of 1926.52
feet, i central angle of 0 degrees 22 minutes 19 seconds, an assumed chord bearing of
Souti 188 degrees 36 minutes 21 seconds East, an arc distance of 12.5 feet; thence South
8 dec rees 9 minutes 38 seconds West, a distance of 52.81 feet to a line parallel with and
5' ea t of the west line of said lot; thence along said parallel line on an assumed bearing
of So ith, a distance of 81.47 feet to the South line of said Lot; thence westerly along the
soutt line of said lot along a nontangential curve, concave to the South, having a radius
of 65 feet, a central angle of 4 degrees 24 minutes 42 seconds an assumed chord bearing
of No h 87 degrees 47 minutes 39 seconds West a distance of 5.00 feet to the Southwest
corn r of said lot; thence on an assumed bearing of North along the West line of said lot,
a dis nce of 133.86 feet to the Northwest corner or point of beginning of said lot and
there erminating.

It is the intention and agreement of the Parties hereto that the party of the second part
shall in the construction, or maintenance of said storm sewer replace any shrubs or sod
removed by any excavation in connection with such construction or maintenance work, in as
nearly as possible the same condition as before such excavation.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands
