RESOLUTION NO. 2021-75
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
DWI ENFORCEMENT OFFICER GRANT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Chief of the Edina Police Department is hereby authorized to execute such
agreements and amendments as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the Edina Police
Department and to be the fiscal agent and administrator of the grant.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Edina hereby
declares its commitment to enter into a grant agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public
Safety, Minnesota, for the project entitled 2022 Office of Traffic Safety DWI Officer Grant Program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 2022 Office of Traffic Safety DWI Officer Grant
Program be effective during the period October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022.
