ADOPTING THE PROPOSED BUDGET AND ESTABLISHING THE PROPOSED TAX LEVY PAYABLE

WHEREAS, The Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority (the "HRA'l has authorities and powers
according cnMN Statutes, Sections 469.00| tu48iO47. y1NStatutes, Section 469.O33,subd.6grants
the HRAthm power to levy and collect taxes subject to a resolution cJconsent from the Edina City
Council for aset period.
WHEREAS, The Edina City Council passed Resolution ZOZ|-72consenting toanHRAtax levy payable hn
2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE[TRESOLVED bvthe Board osfollows:
Section 1: That there is proposed to be levied upon all taxable real and personal property in the
City ofEdina, atax rate sufficient toproduce the amount oafollows:
HRA GENERAL FUND $237.300
Section 2:That the preliminary budget imusfollows:
HKAGENERAL FUND TAX LEVY REVENUES $237.300
HRA{SENERAL FUND EXPENDITURES $237.300
