ADOPTING THE 2022 BUDGET AND ESTABLISHING THE TAX LEVY
PAYABLE IN 2022
WHEREAS, The Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority h6e"HRA'l has authorities
and powers according toMNStatutes, Sections 469.00|to469.O47.MNStatutes, Section 469033,
oubd. 6 @7untu the HRA the power to levy and collect taxes subject to o resolution of consent from the
Edina City Council for uset period.
WHEREAS, The Edina City Council passed Resolution 202 1-115 consenting to an HRA tax
levy payable in 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board as follows:
