Tuesday, August 10, 2021
I. Call to Order
Chair Schilling called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.
II. Roll Call
Answering roll call in-person were: Chair Schilling, Commissioners Lonnquist, Cundy, Knudsen, Widmoyer, Everson
and Hassenstab
Staff present: HPC Staff Liaison Emily Bodeker.
III. Approval of Meeting Agenda
Motion made by Hassenstab seconded by Cundyr to approve the meeting agenda as presented. All voted
aye. The motion carried.
IV. Approval of Meeting Minutes
Motion made by Cundy seconded by Knudsen to approve the July 13, 2021 meeting minutes as presented.
All voted ate. The motion carried.
V. Reports and Recommendations
A. COA: Wooddale Avenue Bridge
Motion made by Lonnquist seconded by Widmoyer to continue the Wooddale Avenue Bridge COA to the
September 14, 2021 HPC meeting. All Voted aye. The motion carried.
B. Heritage Resource Inventory Update
Motion made by Lonnquist seconded by Hassenstab to approve the Morningside Bungalow Heritage
Resource Inventory subject to the address correction at 4105 45th Street. All voted aye. The motion
carried.
C. 2022 Work Plan

The Commission discussed and edited their 2022 work plan ideas. Staff will present a final draft to the
Commission in September for approval.

Motion made by Hassenstab seconded by Cundy to adjourn the meeting at 8:35. All voted aye. The
motion carried.
