All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment, or who wish to complain that the property of another is assess-
ed too low, are hereby notified to appear at said meeting and show cause for having such assessment corrected.
No complaint that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed, or his agent, shall have
been notified of such complaint.

I would like to respectfully request reconsideration in the valuation of my residence at
6505 Shawnee Circle. I have been out of the country, on business for the past month and
did not see your Valuation Notice until my return April 11.
The 1994 Taxable Market Value on this property is $985,000 (up from $334,400 in
1993). Your Valuation Notice for 1995 raises the value to $1,034,200. This property is
currently on the market and listed for $995,000 and will most likely sell for something
less than that. It has been on the market for over 18 months and has not sold.
For these reasons I believe that the current valuation ($985,000) is adequate and may
itself be on the high side. I appreciate your consideration in this matter.
