KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Oliver Development Company, a general partnership consisting of
Builtwell Construction, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, and Sherman L. Troup and Shirley L. Troup, husband and wife,
owners and proprietors, and Northwestern National Bank Southwest, a National Banking Association, mortgagee, of the
following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to -wit:
Lots 2 and 3, Block 1 , Green Hills of Edina, according to the plat thereof on file or of record
in the office of Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as BLAKE RIDGE ESTATES and do hereby donate to the public for
public use forever the circle, the utility easements and the drainage and utility easements as shown on the plat.
