KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Village Associates of Edina, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, owner and proprietor aid Bancal
Mortgage Company, a California corporation, mortgagee of the following described land situate in the county of Hennepin, State of
Minnesota, to wit:

94.00 feet to a point 274.01 feet Easterly of, as measured along said North line, the Northwest corner of said Southwest

Edina, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except the east 132 feet of the South Half thereof and also except the south
270 feet of the west 238 feet of the east 370 feet thereof.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as BRAEMAR HILLS 7TH ADDITION, and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public
for public use forever, the road and street, as shown on said plat.
