THE EDINA PLANNING COM-
MISSION will meet at the Edina City
Hall, Council Chambers, 4801 West
50th Street, on Wednesday, Febru-
ary 8, 2023, at 7:00 PM, and will at
said time and place hold a Public
Hearing to consider the following:
Jester Concepts is requesting
Site Plan approval to build a 13,500
square foot restaurant with an out-
door dining area at the old public
works site, located at 5146 Eden
Avenue. This would be Phase 2
of the redevelopment of the site.
Phase 1 will be an 86-unit senior
cooperative housing project. The
property is zoned PUD, Planned
Unit Development.
Public hearing input can be pro-
vided in a variety of ways to the
