BIDS CLOSE FEBRUARY 7TH, 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that electronic proposals will be received
online only until 11 am, on February 7th, 2023 for Edina City Hall Exte-
rior Improvements and PV.
Edina City Hall — Exterior Improvements & PV at Edina City Hall 4801
W. 50th Street, Edina, MN 55424.
Project includes replacement of existing roofing system with new;
misc. caulking and sealant repairs to building envelope; removal of ex-
isting solar array and components, design and installation of new solar
array system. The work shall consist of furnishing labor, equipment, and
materials necessary to complete design and specifications provided for
project by HGA, Inc. Bids will be considered via online submission.
Mandatory Pre-Bid on January 25th, 2023 at 10AM. Questions are due
by January 31, 2023 by end of business day and the bid submittal dead-
line is February 7, 2023 by 11:00 AM, The Edina City Council will meet
at a future date to consider said bids.

non-refundable fee of $45.00 at http://www.questcdn.com. CDN

For this project we will accept only online electronic bids through
QuestCDN. Instructions for online bidding are included in the Project
Specifications. For electronic bids, electronic bid bonds will also be ac-
cepted through Surety2000 using contract CDN #8283317 The bid
bonds must be payable to the City of Edina in the amount of five percent
(5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the
event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter
into a written contract and furnish the required bond.
Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, the
engineer will view bids at the Public Works and Park Maintenance Build-
ing 7450 Metro Blvd Edina MN 55439. Due to COVID-19, no public bid
opening will occur. Results will be posted immediately following the
opening. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids or
any portion thereof.
