Miller, husband and wife, fee owners of the following described property
situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to -wit:
Lots 6 through 10 inclusive, block 1, "West Minnea-
polis Heights", according to the plat thereof on file
and of record in the office of the County Recorder,
Hennepin County, Minnesota; and that part of vacated
Tyler Avenue South, formerly known as 8th Avenue East
as dedicated in said plat, which lies Northerly of the
Easterly extension of the South line of said lot 10
and which lies Southerly of the Easterly extension
of the North line of said lot 6;
and that Miller Properties, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation, fee owner
of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin,
State of Minnesota, to -wit:
Lots 2 through 5 inclusive, block 1, "West Minneapolis
Heights", according to the plat thereof on file and of
record in the office of the County Recorder, Hennepin
County, Minnesota; and that part of vacated Tyler Avenue
South, formerly known as 8th Avenue East as dedicated in
said plat, which lies Northerly of the Easterly extension
of the South line of said lot 5 and which lies Southerly
of the Easterly extension of the North line of said lot 2;
and that Bernard G. Kuenzli and Beverly Elizabeth Kuenzli, husband and
wife, fee owners of the following described property situated in the
County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to -wit:
Lots 1 through 5 inclusive, block 1, MENDELSSOHN,
according to the plat thereof on file and of record
in the office of the County Recorder, Hennepin County,
Minnesota; and that part of vacated Dearborn Street,
formerly known as Gifford Place as dedicated in said
plat, lying South of the Westerly extension of the North
line of lot 1, block 2, in said MENDELSSOHN and North
of a line distant 5.00 feet South of, measured at right
angles from, the Westerly extension of the South line of
said lot 1; block 2 and lying westerly of the centerline
of said Gifford Place and that part of vacated Spruce Road,
formerly known as Nelson Ave. as dedicated in said plat,
lying East of the Northerly extension of the West line of
said lot 1, block 1, MENDELSSOHN and West of the Northerly
extension of said centerline.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as DEARBORN ADDITION
and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public_ for public use forever the
street and easements for drainage and utility purposes, as shown on the
plat. In witness whereof said John A. Miller and Wanda W. Miller have
