KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That William T. Baron and Lori I. Baron, husband and wife, owners and
proprietors and that Security Bank and Trust Co., a Mihnesota banking corporation, mortgagee of the following described
property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
The South 20 rods of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter except the west 870 feet thereof and except the east
